We picked this RV campground while passing through South Dakota on I 90. It was easy to get to write off the highway. While it seems like a nice enough campground it is way over packed with RVs. They are lined up side-by-side everywhere you look. The other thing that's very important to me are the showers. While the shower... More

Site was a bit tight but not unmanageable. Weather was rainy and the mosquitos were so thick you couldn't step outside for even a minute... More

Clean, neat, well maintained - Owner and his adult supervisor (aka wife) live on the property fulltime and are well known to all the campers. They care about their property and provide clean, neat, and well maintained laundry-room, showers, toilets and a meeting room/gathering place (in inclement weather) - the barn. additionally, the pool is cleaned thoroughly every spring, and... I think Red Barn is a good choice in the Sioux Falls area as the other 2 campgrounds we saw were both in-town right next to the interstate system. Red Barn is in the country, maybe a half-mile away from I-29. You can still hear the freeway noise in the distance at night, but the campground was very quiet. It... More
