Very dusty, soiled carpeting, found 2 dead spiders in plain sight. Dried on urine running down front of toilet. Laid towels down over soiled carpeting. I bring Clorox wipes along on hotel stays, and I used lots of them in this room!!! Expensive for condition of the room. Outdoor pool only, sauna and whirlpool are inside at the other end... more

If you are looking for a decent hotel with pool and breakfast, this hotel would do fine. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was adequate for what we wanted. They had a computer available in the breakfast area. I would stay here again.. more

Apparently, this motel has a new name. It's now the Best Western Black Hills Lodge. We enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast selections. Outdoor pool, indoor hot tub. Lobby area smelled like cigarette smoke (maybe desk clerk smoked in office?), but our room was fine. The Millstone Restaurant next door was good family spot. more
