I had read other reveiws & wasn't sure what we'd find on check-in. However, our room was very clean on check-in... the room had modern furnishings & decor. Hallways were clean & tidy. The bathroom is a bit small...but do-able.. no problems there otherwise. We live right in Sioux falls.. booked a room for our son's birthday party. Very reasonably... more

A bit of a remote location and a hard to find checkin, but the outdoor pool was worth it! The hotel has an indoor waterpark complex and an outdoor pool in summer -- one of the few outdoor pools in Sioux Falls. Nicely landscaped, lots of chairs and umbrellas and tables, and a good sized freeform pool at a great... more

In theory, they have gone through a massive room upgrade, and now feel the need to charge 4 star hotel prices. Honestly, I would NOT have booked something so spendy for a best western, but it was my husband who planned the trip. First off, the sleeping part of the room was pleasant. The sheets were of good quality. A... more

I recently took my family to S. Dakota and during our trip stayed at the Best Western Ramkota Inn in Sioux Falls. We were very satisfied with our room, a Family Suite and the kids loved the Water Park. The onsight restaurant was clean but only average fare. The staff was friendly and the grounds maintained. Easy access to highway.... more

We spent around 200 dollars for a 2 night stay.. Got charged 40 dollars more than they told us it was.. then completely screwed us over with an overdraft fee because of it. They won't do anything about it and they had poor service while we were there. My 2 year old son LOVED the water park.. but it really... more

My husband, 1 yr old daughter and I stayed here on a Saturday night. They enjoyed the pool/waterpark area and it was a nice bonus. However, one of the waterpark slides was out of order and to block kids from entering the slide, they put plastic chairs on the steps going up to the slide. It looked very tacky! It... more

Thank you so much for your comments on your experience. We absolutely agree on the unsightliness of the snail slide. Sadly, not all parents watch their children well, and we have found just roping off does not prevent children from climbing in. The snail is being repaired, but is quite a process in which the broken piece is shipped off,...

Rooms were very quiet. We had some problems with the fan working in our room, and front desk sent someone immidiately to service the fan. We were pleased that they had resolved the issue. Overall, good service, but hotel needs a facelift. Hotel felt very dated. more

The indoor waterpark makes this a great value for those who enjoy a little more than a plain 25x50 ft pool. This was our 7 year old's favorite hotel out of our 2 -week road trip. One large waterslide into a large pool with medium to low depths and one shallow depth pool with climbing rope/obstacle course, several kiddie slides,... more

I originally booked a hotel with a water slide in nearby Brandon. I was quoted a price of nearly $150 for a Thursday night stay. The BW Ramkoto was just under $100 booked on the internet and pre-paid (for a summer Thursday night). The rooms are great (tons of pillows, roomy, and clean) and the pool area is perfect for... more
