We stayed there the last 3 weekends, due to the location being so close to the Avera McKennen Hospital. I was very happy with how clean and quiet it was even though one of the nights it was full of high school track teams for the state events. Welcomed and given room key right away. Room just as requested. Good suggestion for dinner. We assumed that the on site restaurant would be open but apparently not on a Sunday. This should be stated on web site. Room clean and good size. Nice walking paths right out the door. Would come here again

For hotels in this category (moderately priced, average amenities), this is an excellent hotel. If you are interested in seeing the heart of the city within walking distance this place is perfect. Nice warm welcome back, they made parking easy for me with a big truck on a very busy weekend because of Ice storm. Staff was very informative in walking directions thru out the down town area. I would always recomend this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding in Sioux Falls. The room was small but otherwise fine, clean enough and nicely decorated. What kept us up most of the night was the AWFUL heating unit!
