Our room was charming and breakfast spread of eggs, granola and fruit was delicious. The new owner has gotten it just right. Too bad we didnt have time to sit on the front porch because we got a nice flavor what Sioux City is like through the Victorian B and B.

We had a great experience at "the Victorian" in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Nicole is the super nice new owner of this wonderfully quaint Victorian mansion in the downtown historic district. The house is both elegant and rustic, luxuriously appointed, but with great ancient wood work. We stayed in the room that had a two room bathroom suite. Almost finished... More

When staying in Sioux Falls this should be your first choice over any B&B or hotel! If you’re not staying in Sioux Falls, what are you waiting for?-(plan a weekend or stay while on business) I've stayed at a fair amount of B&B's and The Victorian was by far the most outstanding. The property and rooms are absolutely wonderful. I... More

I recently stayed here for a night with my two kids. The lady who owns the place is very nice and accommodating. It's a clean home, beautifully decorated, and right nextdoor to the Pettigrew museum. Very close to downtown, and just overall great! I would definitely return to this B&B and would recommend it to others!

We stayed over the weekend for the Sioux Falls airshow. Wonderful property and fantastic new owner Nicole. Nicole made us feel very at home and had a great breakfast setup. Very close to downtown and the Falls. Highly recommended.

This aptly named B&B is just west of downtown on Duluth Avenue between 8th and 9th streets, which is not where you'd expect to find it with an address of 117. Sioux Falls streets are numbered oddly. Great breakfast with lots of both variety and quantity; served more like you would at home- help yourself from a central dish- which... More

This review is long overdue, but wanted to take a moment to rave about this home. I held an event at the house, rented the entire house for 24 hours and then again stayed there for 3 nights about 4 months after my initial event...also with the entire home for my group. I love the space; rooms are unique and... More

We never saw the innkeeper or other guests during our 3 day stay, which was rather strange. Alone in a very large home. Breakfast was not included during summer months. The living room area was set up with tables for events/breakfast, so there was no place to relax on a couch. Had to spend spare time in the room. Rooms... More
