Not only did the Check in take forever due to a "lost" reservation!! They put in a smoking room when I specifically told them that i was allergic to smoke and needed a non-smoking room. Our adult family stays at the Sleep Inn every time we travel to Sioux Falls. It has continued to evolve over the years.
