Have been staying in this hotel on business trips for the last several months. The rooms are clean, the cable selection is pretty extensive, the Wi-Fi is free and the personnel are all really friendly and helpful. And the free hot breakfast is good. Just a nice place to stay.

Typical Sleep Inn room - small with small shower. But it was a good price - clean - with friendly/helpful people & breakfast was ok. The restaurant/entertainment district is a few miles drive. The falls are a couple miles from downtown and had a funky smell when we were there. Would stay again at Sleep Inn again.

While this Sleep Inn doesn't look like much from the outside, and it shares a parking lot with a couple of other businesses, it's well worth staying there. The lobby is ok, nothing special. It also doesn't have an elevator. So you might want to consider a first floor room if given a choice. We didn't object to being put... More

You don't really expect Sleep Inns to be great, but this one near Sioux City's airport deserves the rating. It's ok to look at from outside, but the rooms while a bit smaller than full sized rivaled the best rooms we have stayed at. Modern looking, clean and quite (except for one or two planes landing in early evening) and... More

We were able to make reservations for 7 rooms the day before we arrived. The desk clerks were very nice upon check in. The rooms were VERY CLEAN and comfortable. It was a nice night out so most of our group sat out front to relax and have a few cocktails. There aren't any benches or chairs out there, but... More

We had a wonderful stay. We had two rooms, since we had four grandkids with us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable, especially the pillows....the hotel itself gets five stars.....checking out was another story. We were supposed to get the military rate, and it was noted on the paperwork, but the gal at the counter during checkout said... More

Easy to locate off I-29 even with road construction. Checkin was quick and easy, front desk staff pleasant and efficient. Furnishings in room were nice. The nonsmoking room had a smoky smell to it, partially masked by some sort of spray fragrance. While the bedroom looked nice and clean and had nice furnishings, the bathroom, particularly the shower, was a... More

Lots of hotels in the area are $130+. Father in law found the 1 bed special in an ad book. We called. I was skeptical because it was for $59 /. Rooms are very nice newly updated, nice pool &spa. 2 queens for about $109 total. Good complimentary breakfast. Clean. The halls had a little smoky smell bit the room... More

Nice receptionist gave us room 222 upstairs. Looked good and modern and had a comfortable bed. Didn't like the pillows, though. Too fluffy and not any shape, or how to describe it. Very good breakfast with hot food. The hot tub had practically no bubbles, but it was how it usually works, we were told. Only bad thing was that... More
