Used the business centre; no problems. Good for airline check in etc. Wifi in room. My husband liked the indoor heated salt water swimming pool. The hotel had recommended places to eat and we tried the steak house which had great food and good wine. The hotel had comfy beds and soft pillows. We left very early in the morning... More

A nice place to stay for a quick vacation. The beds & room were clean & comfortable. We had a microwave & refrigerator, big TV and plenty of outlets to recharge electronics. The full size mirror/ closet door was a great touch, even better if it had opened on the other side so that someone in the bedroom area could... More

non smoking floor smelled of smoke from ventilation system. Only smokers would be happy here. It smelled really bad in bathroom from vents. Complained to front desk and their explanation blamed on ventilation system but offered to Febreze room if it would help. Poor method of dealing with problem. As Hilton Honors member, I won't be staying here again.

We at the Hampton Inn would like to thank you for your comments and want to apologize for your unfortunate incident. First let me say that we are a 100% non-smoking facility and have a no tolerance policy to those who chose to smoke in their room. Upon investigating the matter we did locate the person that was smoking in... More

The staff was the friendliest we've encountered in a very long time. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is in a quiet area on a hill, so traffic is not heard in the room. It is very close to shopping, excellent restaurants, and the interstate. Breakfast includes standard hotel foods; however, the afternoon cookies are delicious. The... More

We traveled across Northwest USA for 32 days and stopped almost every night at a different hotel. Lots of Hampton Inns were on the list (when available). This stop in Rapid City was another welcome, comfortable stay with no issues or shortcomings. Relaxing and allowed for a clean & good night's rest. Moving on.

First time my husband and I stayed at the Hampton. We stayed during a typical weekend trip in a jacuzzi suite and were very satisfied. We are locals and this is now one of our favorite rooms in the area

Bathrooms needed new caulking that's the only thing I saw wrong in our room!! Pool area was great! Food we didn't care for the fake eggs, and turkey sausage other than that it was good. The front desk is so wonderful, willing to get the slide going for us and make cookies even at 10:00 pm!

We are fans of Hampton Inns, but when we arrived after a long day of site seeing, the friendly reception, the ensuring that we had a quiet room, the fresh hot breakfast in the morning, and the familiar layout were especially welcoming. In one day we visited the Mammoth Digs in Hot Springs, Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore monuments, and... More
