Loved it. Good breakfast, they have waffle makers. Hot tub is hot, so nice. The beds were so soft. Naomi left a nice note after cleaning our room, and there was complimentary fudge. Dave gave us maps and the best route to take to see the attractions, he was so nice and spent a lot of time answering our questions.

We checked in with Zack (I believe that was his name) we got a room on the second floor. The hotel is a couple of years old but they keep the hotel looking almost new. The carpets are well taken care of. The rooms were nice and soft the pillows really small but the room had plenty of plugs which... More

Special thanks to Steve Habit who wrote a welcome note that showed great concern in fulfilling his guest needs:-). Clean hotel rooms, friendly maids and helpful staff behind desk that went out of there way to help me locate old volkswagens, nice pool, good food, hotel easy access to highway and road to Mt. Rushmore. Gas stations close but use... More

This was our second stay at this property, and it at least equaled our first (maybe even better). Our 1st floor room request was honored, and our room was large and clean, and everything worked.. Lots of comments about pillows....yes, they are small, but that seems to be a Sleep Inn thing, not unique to this property. Good beds, and... More

This hotel is well named. You will get a great night's sleep. However, the other amenities are average (less customer service, which was very good). For the price ($150 - likely due to proximity to Mount Rushmore) we had hoped for more. The fitness center is pathetic and I was almost thrown off the broken treadmill. Breakfast offered a mix... I enjoyed my stay. Pillows were small and that was an issue...breakfast had a great selection but the quality was lacking. Pool chemicals need to be checked. Front desk amara was rude upon arrival. Not a nice start. Would stay there again.

Hotel was clean and attractive, staff was helpful and breakfast was normal. But, at $150 plus tax it seemed about $30 too much. It was the week after 4th of July and that is their busy season so you be the judge. The staff was interested in my opinion and asked that I consider rating them a 5 on trip... More

Our stay was nice just had a few issues. The pillows are half size, small square pillows about 16"X16" had to prop up three and still did not feel right. Housekeeping has issues here. There was a visible plastic cup under one of the bedside tables that I noticed upon the first entrance to the room and it was still... More

My family and I have not gone on a vacation in about 6 years. I planned this a year in advance. I carefully looked at several Hotels before I decided on this one. The Staff was warm and friendly. Check in was fast and we were in our room in about four minutes. This meant a lot after driving for... More

We had two separate stays in the past week. In both cases, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very pleasant. My son was very excited to use the pool, but we found that the smell was just too strong (almost like a stinky toilet smell) to swim for more than 10 minutes. The water was not very... More
