Stopped in Rapid City on our way home from out West ~ pleasant experience at this sleep inn. The breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, cereals etc nice spread. Our room was large and clean with comfortable beds, didn't hear noise from the outside world either. We'd stay again if traveling west, the price is higher but... More

My husband booked this hotel for our trip to Mt Rushmore. Two adults, two kids (aged 16 and 11). We stayed there Tues-Sat. The best thing about this hotel was the location. Its centrally located to all the main access points to all the landmarks, but then there were about 4 other hotels in the immediate area. The thing that... More

I can't leave a full review because I never got any service. I walked in, and nobody was attending the front desk. I heard two people laughing and chatting in the office behind the desk so I called out hello. With no response, I called out hello again, but much louder. This time they stopped talking and then shut the... More

I booked at this place for two reasons: fitness center and pool. Both were a joke. The pool was so tiny and not fun for kids. The fitness center had 3 pieces of equipment and none worked properly. The treadmill track was off and in need of maintenance. It was a danger to guests (I nearly tripped while trying to... More

We stayed 5 nights in town to visit Deadwood, Mt Rushmore and other sites. Every day the housekeeper left us a personal note wishing us a great stay. We received Chocolate fudge when we checked in to our room. So good. Breakfast was much more than we expected and we loved the waffles. Staff is exceptional, they did so great.... More

Loved it. Good breakfast, they have waffle makers. Hot tub is hot, so nice. The beds were so soft. Naomi left a nice note after cleaning our room, and there was complimentary fudge. Dave gave us maps and the best route to take to see the attractions, he was so nice and spent a lot of time answering our questions.

We checked in with Zack (I believe that was his name) we got a room on the second floor. The hotel is a couple of years old but they keep the hotel looking almost new. The carpets are well taken care of. The rooms were nice and soft the pillows really small but the room had plenty of plugs which... More

Special thanks to Steve Habit who wrote a welcome note that showed great concern in fulfilling his guest needs:-). Clean hotel rooms, friendly maids and helpful staff behind desk that went out of there way to help me locate old volkswagens, nice pool, good food, hotel easy access to highway and road to Mt. Rushmore. Gas stations close but use... More

This was our second stay at this property, and it at least equaled our first (maybe even better). Our 1st floor room request was honored, and our room was large and clean, and everything worked.. Lots of comments about pillows....yes, they are small, but that seems to be a Sleep Inn thing, not unique to this property. Good beds, and... More

This hotel is well named. You will get a great night's sleep. However, the other amenities are average (less customer service, which was very good). For the price ($150 - likely due to proximity to Mount Rushmore) we had hoped for more. The fitness center is pathetic and I was almost thrown off the broken treadmill. Breakfast offered a mix...
