The rooms were above what I expected when seeing the exterior of the hotel. The staff was not the friendliest. And did not know where anything was. It seems that they were remodling because the hallways were filled with old desks and dressors. And wallpapper was coming off the walls. Early in the morning I am not sure what time... more
First of all, we were very disappointed that we were not given the first floor room we had requested, and there was no elevator. Stayed one night in Comfort Inn, in Pierre, SD. We'd finished with our sightseeing by 2 pm and tried to check into hotel. Were told that check in was at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready.
