The Hotel is a great place to stay, I found out at check in of a 100 dollar deposit , wich is either cash or debit/credit card,.the deposit has to be paid. Its unfair for new customers to pay for past incidents. the Customer Service could improve some, as that's what a customer looks for. Maintenance is almost non existent,... More

Spent two nights here and was quite comfortable both times. This is an older facility, but I had no complaints. Crowded small lobby, but my room (two Queens) was quite spacious. Others in my group complained of cigarette smoke in their non-smoking rooms, but I didn't have that problem. I was impressed with the little complimentary coffee pot in the... More

Prices are from $65-75.00 if you have a tribal I'D I'm told you would be charged $50 a night. Good beds, nice folks/natives will do what they can for you. Restaurant is good to very good and it has a view of its own. The casino well???????? Nice but like always the odds are NOT in your favor.

As we were taking our trip across country, we happens upon this hotel/casino in a very desolate area. The only thing they had left was a 1 bed suite or a 2 bed smoking room, my friend nor I being a smoker but not minding took the 2 bed smoking room. The room did smell heavily of smoke but that's... A very clean property! No pets allowed probably helps in this regard. I have had occasional problems with the toilet but overall I can not think of a cleaner and better place to stay in south central South Dakota. You can enter/exit the hotel thru the main lobby without ever seeing a slot machine or any gambling device. So this... More

We stayed 2 nights for a concert that was held at the casino. Rooms are a bit outdated in decor but ok for the price. Food at the buffet was good. They do not supply shampoo so bring your own if you stay there, as well as lotion & soap. The liquid soap dispenser in the shower did not work... More

Stop for one night. Its clean but do they need to replace carpet and get rid of the old musty smell. We put our bags back in car because of the smell. The front desk could be more friendly. The casino was fine but the food in the restarunt was just filler.Nothing good and no other choice nearby.Tight tight casino games.Did win but not... I stayed one night at this hotel as I was going to a powwow south of Niobrara the next day and this was all that was available in the area. The rooms were clean , no fridge nor microwave but there is a nice very inexpensive snack bar downstairs by the casino entrance that is open until 2 am .... More

Very basic. NOT LAS VEGAS. Food was terrible. Probably the best hotel in the area if you must stay local. There is just not many choices in this area. Good luck on locating a good restaurant in the area.
