We had made reservations at least a month ago, had a king size room reserved, got there and was told no king rooms available, the boss does not let them "reserve a room" it is what is available you get. The difference between the lobby and the rooms is notable, as the lobby might lead you to believe that the rooms will be fairly nice, or at least clean. The toilet in our bathroom was stained and possibly mold ridden. All the bathroom fixtures had calcium build up on them. The room had not been properly stocked, ie: cups, towels,... More

The first night the hot tub was very hot but cooled down somewhat by the worker who put a cool water hoe in to make it perfect. Stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. Front desk person informed us she would give us a ground floor room because rooms on this floor had been redone. Yes it did have new carpet but the rest of room was dirty, mould on door frame in bathroom, toilet didn't flush well, bathtub didn't drain well and dirty water in... More
