Making the reservation! My trip to Sioux City was pretty bad before I even got there. I was hesitant to follow through with the Hampton Inn because when I called to book my reservation the phone rang for a very long time before someone picked it up. We've stayed at this particular Hampton at least half a dozen times in the past two years, and have always had a pleasant stay. The staff has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome, and this is a great hotel for pet owners. No extra fees and a wonderful open field in the back for airing ones... more

The worst experience possible... I booked the rooms 6 months before our wedding day. I went to great lengths to have these people organized and ready for our guests.. they had mistake after mistake. Had a King non-smoking. Clean, roomy and reasonable priced (71$ AAA rate). Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. Been a diamond member for years, and this place is why I stay at Hampton Inn. Great palce to spend the day, or days! more

We spent two days at this hotel in one of the whirlpool suites as a quick getaway after our wedding. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice sitting area, and french doors into the bedroom/whirlpool. For a Hampton Inn I found it to be quite nice, very quiet and got a good deal on a one night stay. The room was clean, as was the pool area, the breakfast area and the staff was quite freindly. I would stay here again. more
