My husband and I stayed in the motel section during bike week. The room was exactly as expected, a bit dated, but adequate and clean. The king size bed was comfortable. We had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster so it was all we needed. I did not want to go to the Black Hills and stay in a... More

The value for your money here is great. We enjoyed the space of the cabin (there were 7 of us!) and the kids loved the playground, pool, and bikes. The beds weren't the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and make sure you bring extra pillows. Other than that, we had a good time here. I'm not sure what others... More

I glad this person enjoyed the amenities. I wish they would have just ask for extra pillows, some need them & some don't. Sorry the beds was not comfortable to this customer, I have unfortunately found it impossible to have a bed that fits every ones comfort on a small business budget. I still greatly appreciate their business and their... More

If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. Please read all the reviews before you book. I wish I had. I had a sinking feeling when we walked in the office, but hoped for the best. But then we walked in our cabin, and, well, it was bad. The place was filthy. Smelled really bad. Layers of... More

I am sorry that this customer felt it necessary to write a review like this, after they left me the most disgusting, nasty mess I have ever witness in my accommodation's bathroom, so disgusting I just cannot described it on this site.. When I emailed her to let her know how it was so unappreciated. Her emails back to me... More

Quail's Crossing website describes exactly what is offered, types of amenities, rooms and cabins. The owner George is straight forward, honest and obviously takes pride in maintaining and improving his resort each year. I will return to Quail's Crossing without any hesitation and recommend it to all my family and friends. Thank you George.

Nothing better than a great customer that checks out exactly what is offered and does not show up expecting the accommodation to be something more than is advertised. And to top it all off have a great time here & appreciate everything here. Thanks again. Hope to see all my Great Customers again. George. More

I've stayed at better places and have stayed at worse. We made a late reservation for a holiday weekend. We stayed in the hotel section. It was dated, but clean. An extensive list of rules and expectations was posted in the room. Overall, just an average place. WiFi was slow and inconsistent. Would probably stay somewhere else for our next... More

Sorry this customer found some things difficult. I won't try to explain the WiFi, I feel, I'm just glad being in the country side I am able to offer it, even though it is slow. Sorry about the rules, just common sense things, that unfortunately some customers need to be reminded about, to make things better for all my Customers... More

Our family stayed here for a week, June 17-24 in cabin 3. Our 2 bedroom cabin was clean. It came with a private picnic table and grill. We used both each night as well as the firepit for nightly campfires. The other families joined us for s'moes and just a wonderful time. George provided all the charcoal, lighter fluid, and... More

We stayed at Quail's the last week of June, 2014 and had a great stay. The cabins are older but very clean and have everything you need. Our 3 children (10, 8, 7) had a great time in the pool and exploring the resort. George took us panning for gold and we actually found a couple of "flecks" of gold... More

Kids loved the use of the bikes, the cabin was extremely clean and the location was great. Very close to all attractions. It was too cool to swim the times we were around the cabin, but the pool looked nice. The area is beautiful!
