Stayed here for New Years Eve. Such a serene location, and charming cabins. The owners were awesome and accommodated my special requests even last minute. Highly recommended!! Pets were very welcomed! Tons of deer around, very private and close to Mt Rushmore and other attractions.

We stayed in Timber Haus, a beautiful loft cabin with a bed in the loft and kitchen/living area with a beautiful view of the meadow. We were surprised there was no TV but loved our relaxing stay. The gas stove which heated the cabin was very cozy. The cabin was immaculate and well stocked for cooking and grilling. The ranch... More

We stayed three nights in Grandma's Ranch House and it was very comfortable, peaceful, and quiet. Very well located less then three minutes from town, We would stay again. The only negative part was it only had a tub and if you are very tall you do not fit so well, also the brick the wood burning stove is on... More

The space is beautiful and cozy. We visited with our two boxers and stayed in the Trail's end cabin. The cabins are in great shape and well taken care of. The land is gorgeous and we saw deer every day! We liked that you were able to go grocery shopping and cook meals there to save on money. We had... More

My wife and I stayed in Timberhaus for 5 days. It's location in the Black Hills is great and although a smaller cabin it's efficient. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only hit was the sleeping loft was a little cramped for a 6' 1" person but sleeping with the windows open and... More

Stayed a week in Meadow Song Cabin in May and experienced winter snow, spring rain, and summer all in that one week. Newton Fork Ranch was beautiful and peaceful in all three of those types of weather. My family enjoyed the wide open space of the meadow, the proximity to the Mickelson Trail, and the Little Free Library at the... More

The cabins are great. Clean, very well stocked, and the views are awesome. We stayed in Harney view and couldn't have asked for much more. The owners are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend, we have stayed twice in different cabins and the experience was great both times.

We can't say enough about Newton Fork Ranch - a cozy, beautiful, and relaxing setting yet 5 minutes from town . Lovely, rustic cabin with wonderful amenities including claw foot tub, bbq grill, terry robes & gas fireplace. Everything to make a stay like home, and yet away! The proximity to Michelson trail is great for an instant hiking place from the ranch. Thanks to all for a great stay!

My daughter and I spent two nights in the Deer Hollow cabin and would have loved to stay longer. Hill City is charming, Black Hills attractions are nearby, and the location is lovely and peaceful. The cabin was very comfortable; we LOVED the lack of TV and wifi but this could be a negative for people who want/need to be... More
