Listening to the coyotes at night was one of the highlights of our stay. The B&B is located approximately 1.5miles into the forest, so no noise and no parking problems. But it is within easy driving of restaurants and many attractions. We spent 6 nights at the B&B. Rooms and private bathrooms are well appointed and spacious. Breakfasts excellent. The... More

As far as Bed & Breakfast places go, this would be up with the best. Different style rooms, but all very comfortable (mine and speaking to others there). Great breakfast was served with variety each day (we stayed three). Well kept up and a very professional and helpful staff. Next time we go to the Black Hills, we will stay... More

We had a very nice stay at Coyote Blues during our recent trip to South Dakota. We stayed in the African Room. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hosts were personable and I really enjoyed the European Style breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only complaint was Internet access. There were (3) Wifi... More

Coyote blues village was the ideal place for my husband and I to relax and enjoy this fabulous area. Our room was spacious with areas to sit and relax in the room or on a private patio with a terrific view and a hot tub as well as a small refrigerator. Breakfast was a treat served out on a large... The wife and I stayed here 4 nights while touring the Black Hills area. We selected one of the smaller rooms, which was fine with us. The owner did point out the size of the rooms when we booked, so we were not surprised. Our room and bath were clean. While we enjoyed our stay (and would stay here again),... More

We stayed in the "Antique room" our last evening in the area before heading back home. The furnishings were very nice and the room was very clean. This particular room had a private patio with a hot tub and a fantastic view of the Black Hills. The Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

My wife and I stayed here in September 2015. As noted in other reviews, this B&B is located in a remote but beautiful setting. In general the facilities are very nice, but not luxurious. Indeed, if one wants to return to nature without cellphones and internet, this could be a fine choice. However, in the contemporary age of instant communications... More

My wife and I spent two night here and found our stay very enjoyable. The owners were nice and European breakfast exactly what we wanted. B & B was located close to Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore. The B & B itself is off the beaten path and very quiet, which we wanted. OK so maybe the WiFi was spotty... More

The coyote blues village was well described by their website. The breakfast was tasty and filling with one hot dish and a variety of cold items. The innkeepers are friendly and helpful We were in the Mediterranean room which was large and comfortable and included a TV, fridge and hot tub. It is about ten miles from Hill City so... More

The location of Coyote Blue Village was excellent for my husband and myself. It really is off the beaten path and totally secluded. That is exactly what we wanted and needed. The B&B is beautifully laid out and neat. Our room had a TV and looked out onto the meadow. So I agree with the positive comments. I liked all... More
