We stayed in the large cabin and it was beautiful! Their cabins are clean with comfortable beds. They had everything in the kitchen that we needed with new appliances, a grill, and fire pit! Everything down to the decor was beautiful. The owners were so nice and helpful! When we come back for our next vacation we will stay here!

The cabin has everything you need and is not just the typical kitchenette - full-sized fridge and dishwasher, all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and little extras. The decorating scheme is over and above what you would expect, a LOT of thought went into decorating the cabin to make it feel like a home. The fire pit was great, yet... More

Eagle's Nest is comfortable and pleasant but most of all I enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the superb treats that we purchased from the owners kitchen. Spring rolls and dipping sauce are perfect. The beignets, rival any we have enjoyed in New Orleans and France.

We just got back from a 7 night stay in the Moose Haven. The cabin is well appointed with everything you need. It was very clean and well maintained. It is clear there was a lot of thought that went into decorating and making the cabin feel like a home. We appreciated the gas grill and how well the kitchen... More

We stayed in the Eagles Nest for 5 nights and loved the convenient location, just minutes away from everything we wanted to see. It was beautifully finished and roomy, with the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen. Anything you could think of, it was there! The hosts were extremely friendly and thoughtful, even turning on the porch light for us... More

Stayed for one night and enjoyed our experience. Great value for the price. A bit outdated but clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in the heart of downtown Hill City. 5 minutes from Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse monuments.

We enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. Home was the Stage Coach. Old stage coach stop at one time, We had room for everyone on our trip. Great place to use as our base for all our trip to the sights around the area in the Black Hills.

First of all there are the cabins, which seem very nice, and then there are the motel rooms, which should be avoided if sleep is actually important to you. When we arrived at the inn, we met the family who own it and who seem nice. The trouble is that the motel rooms are located directly under the family living... More

Stayed 3 nites Loved the Black Hills. Owners of property are very friendly and accommodating Cabins looked very nice. Many comments about the highway noise for this property, however, we note that there are many properties in this area that would experience the highway noise also. Unavoidable and no fault of the owners. We were designated to the motel room... More

We stayed 2 nights in the Bear's Den cabin and found it perfect. The space is small (perfect for 2) but very well laid out. The owners must have put a lot of thought into the outfitting and decorating the cabin. The kitchen with full sized stove and fridge is VERY will outfitted with just about anything you might need...
