Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Continental b'fast is good - they have a waffle machine which is a plus. The area surrounding the hotel isn't all that scenic, but look out the window in the morning and you're sure to see deer and turkey wandering around which is... more

I'm retired and have asthma so I need a clean room. I felt very comfortable here. It was a great location and lots of shops to see. Our first dady we were fogged in for Mount Rushmore so we went back to the two towns and hung around until the fog lifted. We then went back up to see Mount... more

My boyfriend and I were on a week long trip out west. We booked this hotel at a GREAT price! It had great reviews and the photos looked nice. We were very surprised when we arrived at it's location. Right up in the hills! It was close enough to everything we were there to see; Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, The... more

The hotel is in Hill City, which is a good central location for seeing the Black Hill sites. Stayed for 5 nights in mid-July in a 2-queen suite room ($139). Room was spacious - enough space for an inflatable bed, plus luggage. Wardrobe closet was a handy piece of furniture for getting things out of the way. No complaints about... more

Overall the hotel was OK. It was in a good location but the pool was cold and had a lot of chlorine in it. We were up late the first morning due to a long drive and the breakfast server starting pulling all of the food early and even put away the napkins. There was only one washer and dryer... more

We stayed here for four nights and found it to be a perfect location for exploring the Black Hills are. Pros - Huge rooms at a great price. We had a one bedroom suite with three queen size beds, a microwave and mini fridge, two tvs and plenty of space to spread out, all for $90 a night. Free continental... more

I was on an extended trip and stayed at several Comfort Inns. This one was definitely below average. The room was poorly furnished with no comfortable chairs in which to sit. The room only had two light fixtures, making it difficult to do any work at the small table or reading. Some of the room clearly hadn't been dusted or... more

Stayed for just 1 night. Sink and tub had problems draining. Carpet showed stains and wear. When got there the smoke detector kept chirping so front desk guy removed the battery. On the plus side, everyone was friendly and beds were comfy. No elevator. Breakfast had waffles, donuts and danish, corn flakes and cheerios, biscuits & gravy, apple & orange... more

Our two-night stay here was very relaxing and comfortable. We arrived the last night of Bike Week. The hotel was pretty full, but very quiet. Because of bad weather, we had not stopped for dinner on our trip, so we were delighted to find a Subway restaurant just next door. There were also several other restaurants within walking distance that... more
