We were charged more than we were quoted on the phone. It was a Sunday night stay and the motel was not busy, so there was no reason to raise the price. We were told there would be orange juice and bread for breakfast and there was none of either one. The coffee was so watered down it was pathetic. We were very disappointed. more
We were attending a wedding in Dell Rapids. We were a little concerned about Billmar being the only hotel in town but we were suprised how great our stay was. We had 3 seperate families staying at the Billmar and we all loved it. The one and only problem we had was the smokey smell in the hallways but our rooms thankfully didn't smell this way. Bill and Mary were wonderful and also recommended some great places to eat in Dell Rapids. For the price we payed we give this hotel 2 thumbs up! more
