I stayed at Cadillac Jacks for 6 nights. The first disappointment was when we were checking in i was mentioning to my dad about taking my kids to the pool. the lady at the front desk said that they didn't have a pool, it was being remodeled. i felt they should have called me. the pool was the reason I... Great Casino & Hotel. Rooms are very large, well appointed and very clean. Great value for the price, and a short walk to the heard of Deadwood. Casino is small but nice. Restaurant is just average. Buffet is small and not refreshed very often, so food gets cool.

We decided to stay at a hotel on the opposite side of the strip and the room was great and comfortable...we had a problem with the refrig and room service was up immediately to take care of the situation and replace the refrig...Very quiet and comfortable bed......for the price during the weekday ..not much of a view but it adequate... We usually stay at the Franklin and got married there. We came for our 1 year anniversary and decided to try Cadillac Jacks. When I called the girl quoted me $119.00 a night for 3 nights. When I went to check out they had raised my room for 2 of the nights over $100.00. I was told that it was... More

We have vacationed in Deadwood about 3 times per year for the last three years and stayed at Cadillac Jack's every time. We have never been disappointed with the rooms, staff, or service. The gaming floor is not large but offers a nice variety of slot machines. The dealers for the table games are very friendly and helpful if you... More

Our group stayed at Cadillac Jack's week of May 6th (2012). We had 10 in our group, and reserved 6 rooms. We have come out to the Blackhills for many years, and have stayed at this property since 2003. Each stay has been wonderful. The staff at Cadillac Jack's is one of the friendliest staffs in Deadwood. The hotel and... More

I called 6 hours before our arrival and prepaid for a non-smoking room. Upon arrival we were put into a smoking room instead. The 1st manager insisted it was a non-smoking room although it smelled like smoke and had ashtrays in the room. Her solution to the problem was to call another hotel and have us move there. She also... More

In the heart of a historic town, the price and quality seriously can't be beat! Will price match competitive booking websites. The room had the most comfortable beds which was welcomed after a long drive in. Restaurant was fine. Casino is small but is smoke free. So much to see in the area that we missed but make sure to... Amazing stay. The staff was polite, the restaurant was great both dinner and breakfast. The rooms were fantastic, comfy beds, nice TV, and I loved that they had a vanity. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was large and well furnished. We had a kingsize bed and there was a 3 seater sofa which converted to a bed, nice furnishings and very clean. It was well equipped with microwave and fridge. Never any trouble getting the lift/elevator which can sometimes be a problem in bigger hotels. Car parking outside the... More
