This is a modern 3-story limited service hotel with all the basic amenities and a limited number of frills. The place is clean and comfortable having a nice lobby with fireplace, couches and a lending library (Its a Country Inn thing). Property was clean but no mini fridge which all the previous Country Inns I have stayed in have one. Further, there was only 1 place to eat next door. Otherwise you have to drive 10 minutes into Sioux City to find dinner. The big problem is the walls are horribly insulated. Not to mention the rude guests that cannot control... more
