If you are looking for a touch of history along with the feel of home, this is the place to go. The house was built in 1881. We just spent three nights there during the Flowertown Festival. Everything in town is within walking distance. There is also a walking tour of the historic homes, including Eliz. Arden's winter home. We... More

we are just finishing our stay at the pink dolphin inn. ken and diane, the owners, are two of the nicest and helpful people we have ever met. we have never felt more pampered in our many years of travel. we would not only stay here again if we were in the area, but we might just modify a subsequent... You won't be disappointed in your stay at this lovely B&B in Summerville. We've stayed at many B&B's in our travels, and this is one of our fondest memories. Dianne's breakfasts were our favorite, with an array of culinary delights, conversations, and a feeling of being home in your moms kitchen! We stayed a week and at one point had... More

Thanks to all the Tripadvisor travelers who gave rave reviews to the Pink Dolphin. We took their advice and spent two wonderful evenings there. Everything the others said was true: warm welcome by Diane and Ken, lovely and spacious room (Carolina), private bath with big tub, lots of extras, extremely comfy bed, delicious breakfast, etc. Our itineray didn't allow for... Even though I spent only one quick night at this delightful B&B (August 4), it was a pleasant experience. I wish I had been able to stay at least one extra night! The room I stayed in was charming, comfortable, and clean. Dianne and Ken were friendly and made me feel welcome even though I arrived a little early. It... More

Dianne and Ken (and the dogs) are so welcoming! We appreciate being part of your family for a few days. The breakfast is wonderful (especially praline french toast and the baked oatmeal). We stayed in the Carolina room- it was beautiful. Enjoyed the evening chocolates on our pillows! We miss you already here "up north" in Massachusetts.

From the first day we arrived I knew my wife and I were going to love this place. Dianne made sure we got settled in, gave us some lemonade, made sure we had directions. The room was the blue room, and it was perfect. It was separate from the house and private. It has a kitchen which was very convenient. The... More

A big hug and thanks to Dianne. We completely enjoyed our visit and our stay in the "Blue Room." Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, with a lot of extras. I was even able to make popcorn on top of the little built in stove. The bed was comfy offering hubby and I both 2 good night's sleep. Dianne... More

Dianne and Ken are awesome! From the moment I got there, we hit it off and they were so accommodating. I stayed in the "Blue Cottage" which is a beautiful little one bedroom with full bath, stove top, microwave, fridge, and WiFi. I stayed for a couple of weeks while finding permanent housing due to move to Summerville, SC. It... More

I can honestly say this was the "Best of the Best" B&B's I have stayed at, and I have been to quite a few! Dianne and Ken were wonderful. They made you feel right at home. The hospitality was outstanding. The breakfast was amazing! Dianne made enough food to feed an army-and all of it very delicious! My favorite dish... More
