no clock, refrigerator or microwave and it said that on my reservation that it had them in the room. 2 lights burned out and only two bath towels and there was four of us. My reservation said no smoking and it smelled like smoke. Filthy bedding. They couldn't help with any problems because manager doesn't work the weekends and he... More

After our house fire the Red Roof Inn is where the Red cross put us. They treated us horribly. The staff were caught by my husband and I smoking meth and marijuana. They over charged us and swindled the Red Cross. Overall, it was a tragedy more that we had to stay there and less that our house had burned... More

My family was on vacation traveling through SC, needed a quick inexpensive place to stay one night. Rooms smelled of mold and apparently where infested with BED BUGS. My son has been bitten from head to toe, it is a nightmare. When you call the hotel the guy that "just works there" said he gets phones call like this all... More

Every room here has bedbugs. The first room we were given we were ate up the next morning. I complained and they moved me into another room, same issue. The manager or who ever he is Raj does not care about this place apparently. He is really quick to just blow you or the situation off. Please take my advice... More

We had a family reunion this past weekend and it was just crazy. We had bugs in our bed (roaches) My mother went to touch her phone and baby roaches ran all over the place. all the rooms smell like smoke, and had a fowl smell in it. Didn't have enough towels, yes this hotel was a very big mistake... More

I was driving all day and needed a place to stay. This came with a coupon from one of the Interstate Coupon books you find everywhere. The desk staff was very pleasant. The odor in the room was overwhelming upon entry. It was a combination of musty, wet dog,and cat piss. I was too tired to complain. Took my shoes... More

we stayed at this hotel driving back from myrtle beach when we couldn't stay awake anymore. the front desk attendant was unbelievably nice and accommodating. the property was a typical red roof inn - if you're just there to sleep it gets the job done. however, the bed only had a sheet and a wool blanket for covers. i found... Having read a number of the other reviews, I didn't know exactly what to expect. I stay in Red Roofs often and was curious to see how this one compared. The price was fine, just a tad under $50.00, and the gentleman at the dest was cordial and helpful. My room (when compared with other motels in this category...see my... More

Like a bad dream ... when I opened the door, there was an overwhelming odor to the room. Upon further inspection, the beds had only a sheet and comforter ... no blanket. The blankets were found crumpled in a pile above the room safe - both blankets not clean, evident by human hair. When asked for new blankets, there were... More

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! Scale of 1-10 .... 3.5! We stayed here for a week mainly bc we are on the road traveling, and it was cheap ( I guess you get what you pay for) The entire time we were there no one ever came to change the sheets and every time we... More
