My husband and I stayed at this hotel when we were passing through town. What a mistake! The entire place is dark, old, and smells. They talk about a "remodel" (which is why we chose to stay here to begin with) but everything about this place is old and run down. Our recommendation is to avoid this hotel and choose... more

I used to stay here when it was a Holiday Inn. The name changed to Ramada and the service and quality of rooms went down. But recently they have undergone some renavations and i was very pleased. New rooms new staff . A very pleasant and refreashing stay. more

This hotel seemed poorly maintainted. It was very dark and smokey even though we had a "non smoking" room. The room could have used a coat of paint. Internet access was good though and the guest laundry was less expensive than some hotels I've stayed at. more

I would not recommend this hotel. The first room we were given was in horrible shape. The wallpaper was peeling off and the wall was covered in mold. There was also mold around the perimeter of the ceiling. The fixtures were falling off in the bathroom. We did request a different room and it was in better shape, but still... more

Newly renovated rooms with comfortable beds and new carpet but they should have renovated the bathrooms as well. Our shower didn't drain and the base of the toilet was cracked and broken, I nearly fell over washing my child's hair in the bathtub when the toilet almost toppled when I leaned on it. We turned up here without a reservation and were greeted politely by front desk staff. The girl on duty advised that hotel is now owned by Ramada (as of 1 October I think), and offered a good room rate. I'd stayed at this property at least three times because it was a decent enough place and they took pets. I had read they remodeled, and when I called for a reservation, I was told they no longer take pets! Guess they don't realize that pet owners are repeat customers, or they don't care! This hotel has the most horrible customer service I've experienced and I work in the hospitality industry and the service they provide is unbelievable. The front desk, Sonja, is very rude.. Not one thank you, or smile or greeting.. Maybe she just doesn't like working at that hotel.. Well there's also the manager; they are just the same.. Not willing... more
