This hotel is horrible! I mean we booked our hotel over the phone & the guy mispelled the name we booked it under...did not speak very well English. When arriving at the hotel our room we booked hadn't been cleaned since the day before! They put us in a better room but the door to the bathroom was clearly broken.... more

Dirty, noisy hotel with rude staff at front desk. While in your room, you can hear every car door close from the cars in the parking lot. Woman working at front desk was very rude and refused to give her name when asked. I wanted to include her name in my complaint letter. Bed sheets were stained and dirty looking. more
