I had to double check to make sure that I had booked a DELUXE Queen bedded room. There is nothing deluxe about this room and the bed was more like a full size bed. I asked for non-smoking room but the roo smelled like something unpleasant. With that said, it's RRU is centrally located off I-77. You get your basic tv, iron, board, hairdryer, fridge, Microwave and full size wall mirror. This room also came with a small table for 2, wall a/c unit and one wall lamp & side wall table, appropriate for a single traveler. I paid $10 higher than advertised for the deluxe, but it really makes no difference! Next time I will stay somewhere else...

Located reasonably close to I-77. My room was clean, the sheets were crisp and the bed was comfortable. Not the quietest Red Roof Inn I have stayed at. The door trim around the door was coming off and there were no tissues in the room. Not much to eat around, I guess maybe COVID related.

I stayed at this hotel as it was an affordable option for a one-night stay passing through. It's close to Charlotte, NC and there are numerous restaurants nearby. It's also very accessible to the highway. The rooms are ok, though they're quite dark and dated.

Picked this hotel on the way back to Florida bc it’s pet friendly. I should have paid more $ to stay else where. This is a drug motel. Clientele not desirable. Cars coming and going. Doors open people hanging out smoking weed or worse. People in woods doing drugs. Pit bulls barking in cages. Room not clean. Found old alcohol bottle and eyelash adhesive behind couch. Hairs on towels. There is also nowhere to walk the dogs. I would never recommend anyone stay here!

It's not fancy, but who needs a fancy place when one is just spending the night while on the road? It's clean, the bed was fresh and comfortable, the continental breakfast is nice, and the coffee was especially good. Not watery like most motels. Manager and staff were friendly and professional.

Clean rooms. Overnight stay. Conveniently located off 77. Helpful front desk they were great. Traveling with my family we needed a clean overnight stay. Safety was a concern and I’m happy to say we had no issues. There was some noise however I had no complaints because I knew it wouldn’t be the Hilton. If your looking for a clean room and easy check in process, I recommend this property. Can’t beat the price and food establishments were close by.

Im not sure if this Red Roof is old or not. It’s well used and musty smelling. It was clean and ok for one night. For the price I guess you can’t expect more. Check in was easy. Quite busy. I appreciate them taking dogs. There are place to eSt and take out food close by.

Absolutely disgusting. There were hairs all over all of the pillow cases. The floors are coming up and sticky. German cockroaches came our at night. Fluids or dirt all over the walls. I've never felt more disgusted in a hotel room. It was so gross I didn't even feel like I could shower. Literally the only positive was that they don't have a pet fee for my small dog. Place is surrounded by sketchy people.

I have been using the Red Roof Chain for better than 10 years in my travels with my pets. This was a total disturbing & disgraceful experience. We will start with the reservation which was secured ahead of time with my readicard & credit card & special requests. I arrived slightly after 6 as I informed at time I made reservation. The puero rican/hispanic woman was rude & unwelcoming right from the start. Very unfriendly, unaccommadating. Appeared to ONLY want to argue. Took a "smaller" room than reserved as she said that was all that was available without going to 2nd floor. With a broken foot, unable to do stairs. Room was like a stinking closet. VERY cold, roaches on floor in bath and consistent noise from above bathroom like water constantly running. Took 3 hours & 20 minutes to get room somewhat comfortable & that was ONLY because I closed the bathroom door, which left that room FREEZING. Pillows were very old & lumpy. bedspread stunk from something or other. My dog wouldn't even lay on the bed. There was non stop traffic pulling in & out all evening, not guests either...just something funny going down for sure. There were roughly 11 cars that pulled up and left in the 20 minutes I was out with my pets walking. Very disturbing. I got that woman at desk to agree she would get King room ready for me 1st thing Saturday morning as reserved & I could switch over. In morning, same woman just came back on & was still totally irritating, full of attitude & arguementative. Again, she insisted "I could have taken 2nd floor room but didn't want it". Explained broken foot AGAIN. She said fine she would SEE what she could do. I turned to get myself a coffee & she mumbled should've just taken the upstairs room. I turned to her & said ya know what? How about I just check out because you obviously don't understand my situation. She said "FINE". I said well you know what, I have used Red Roof for years & NEVER had any issues before. I will be writing review on this miserable experience. Again, her reply, "Fine, do it, I don't CARE". Bamm, end of subject, case closed, Checked out & will NEVER refer ANYONE to this location. She should lose her job for being such a RUDE, unpersonable agent with the Red Roof Chain. Undercover Boss, check this joint out.

The toilet had a bad leak and the toilet seat had yellow residue on the top. After ordering food, I sat my food on the nightstand and a roach crawled into my fries. Then I was watching tv with the lights off and I could see roaches immediately crawling on the wall like heeeey!! It's party time!

NO (!). During may stay at the Rock Hill (SC) Red Roof Inn, I witnessed an episode in the lobby between an arriving guest (with a reservation) and the manager. As she was beginning the registration process, she said that she had two small dogs; the manager said that that was un-acceptable; she quoted the Red Roof policy (as featured in their directory); as if he were doing her an enormous favor, he said that he would allow one dog, but that there would be a surcharge for that. Quite understandably, the women asked that her reservation be cancelled, and that she would seek accommodations elsewhere. (This, by the way was not the only time during the stay when the manager's policies were in direct conflict with stated corporate policy.) My advice is to give this Red Roof a miss; contact other motels in the vicinity personally (not through a 800 phone number or a website); verify with them directly what there policy is; make a note of the date/time of the call and who you spoke with; then go from there.
