Not a luxury hotel, but clean with comfortable beds, great ocean view, VERY conveniently located. Really great deal for an oceanfront room at this price. more

My husband, myself and another couple recently wanted to take a weekend trip to Charelston but also wanted a nice beach stay. We decided to stay about an hour away at the Litchfield Inn. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom villas and it was great! We couldn't have asked for a better stay at such a great price.... more

I just returned from the Litchfield Inn and am already looking forward to my next trip in May. The quiet relaxed atmosphere, newly remodeled rooms and attentive housekeeping staff make for a perfect beach vacation. We stayed in Bridgewater Room #328 which had two bedrooms and had a great experience. The beach is relatively quiet this time of the year and we were impressed by the quality, pools, and beach area of the Litchfield complex. the Bridgewater also has wireless internet access with a password, so that was nice. It was delightful. Had the best room with the covered screen porch with rocking chairs. Ocean view was close and panoramic. Very spacious and clean. 2 miles from the incedible shops at High Hammock. The Litchfield Inn is an older hotel, but it is still very nice. You must have a room on the Oceanfront! Listening to the surf is a perfect way to spice up a romance or just completely relax. Not a lot of amenities here, though. The beach bar (Cabana Saloon) is a really good one. Lot's of fun here! more
