The location is great, however the accomodations are very poor. Arriving at about 1030 on a Friday night our first room had the distinct odor of dog urine combined with musty mildewey A/C. Very strong mold and mildew smell. Room has very moist air. Rooms are clean. The location is great but the room would make someone sick who has health concerns about mold and mildew. Very old hotel. more

Next to a wonderful golf course and 2 miles to beautiful Pawleys Island beach. This place has changed to a Contractor Motel. There were contractors cooking food in grills outside the rooms. The bathroom was dirty. The shower would not divert the water from the tub. The tub drain very slow. The bar closed the first day we were there. Stay at another place unless you are a contractor. more
