This inn was ideally located and had all thats required for a nice stay.The rooms were spacious and well appointed and of course clean.The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful which made my experience here very pleasant and memorable. It is good value for the price too. more

I came to Orangeburg for an auction. The water in the hotel runs brown, there are black stains on the floor, I'm not sure what they are though.The toliet is stained, i dont even know what to say except this place is sick. I'm actually sitting in my room now hating it, about to leave. more

I was part of a Wedding Group ( 21 people) that stayed at this motel May 5th/6th/2006 Room 117 had Roaches. Room 211 had vomit stains on the carpet. Room 110 the shower ceiling fell in. this hotel was rated 3 stars in the AAA tour book and they must be blind. The rooms need new carpeting, the furniture looks 30years old and is chipped and the rooms need paint. We switched rooms because of this and the new room was not any better. more
