I have stayed at the Hilton Myrtle Beach and honestly I prefer the low key quiet beach access of Tricia Lyn Motel over the crowds and bustle of the Hilton. Tricia Lyn Motel is in Windy Hill, a quiet residential sub division of North Myrtle Beach. It sits right on the beach, next to what looks like a brand new... More

Donald and Marjorie are super nice. Room is clean and excellent service. Will stay again definitely. I will recommend this to every one. Don't listen to the bad reviews. They are false and are incorrect

My family has been venturing to north myrtle for decades and we've stayed at the Tricia lyn for nearly 20 years. The rooms are perfect for families of varying sizes. Rooms came with 2 beds, full bathrooms, full kitchens, and often a pull out couch. Daily room service and kind staff makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The location can't be... More

We stayed here for a weekend and had to switch rooms twice. The first room was old and smelled like mildew. It also had tons of hair in both beds. The next room our toilet was broken and the shower head didn't work properly, not to mention the room again smelled like mold. Also the bathroom window is broken and... More

When choosing a motel the best thing going for this type of an establishment is 'quaint' because of well the motel has been loved after and maintained by its management and or owners. When it comes to staying at the Tricia Lynn Motel establishment I find it difficult on any level to describe anything nice or good about this tired... More

We have stayed here the past two years in Feb. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is just beautiful. Yes it is an older and quaint building but this is part of its appeal to me.They do not provide shampoos or coffee. But the price is very reasonable.

My family (three of us) have stayed here for the past 9 years! We have stayed in each building and type of room they offer and have enjoyed each trip. Yes, the actual motel is dated and does not offer some amenities that other more modern hotels do, but the staff has always treated us great! My wife sometimes travels... More

I would put this place on the tv show "hotel impossible". They need a serious renovation, many tips on effective management, and a whole new staff and attitude. The showers go from very hot to extremely cold, the sinks are very dirty, and the place is really a dump. Its location is beautiful, but unless you are married with children... More

Used to stay every year, but every year the staff gets ruder, so my friends and I will not be going back. Plenty of underage kids drinking around the property, and several times the police have showed up (after they disturb the peace, throw a beer bottle at someone walking by, or something of the sort). However, price and location... More

Parking's across the street. Well kept facility overall, friendly staff, comfortable bed except the pillow was flat to almost non-existent. We only stayed overnight as we were in town for an event at the convention center . Will go back.
