My girls and I stayed in unit 202 at Hyperion Towers for a week. The pros: Our unit was directly ocean front on the second floor. The view was great and path to the beach was an easy walk with a small dune. The unit was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. It was a short drive to everything we... More

Great all around. Would be nice to have a larger pool but still a great place. We stayed ocean front and it was Just the right place. Large condo. Pictures don't do it justice. Great condo for family at a very reasonable price.

This was our second time staying in a condo in the Myrtle Beach area. Hyperion had both good and bad but overall was a decent value. 1. Elliot Realty / Booking Online - Elliot had an advertised special for this unit online bringing it to around $620 total (with $100 cleaning included). When we tried to book online it wouldn't... This was a planned family vacation and chose the Hyperion Towers from the pictures on the website plus we needed a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. When we arrived ouside of our room we immediately noticed all the mold on and around the door. When we walked in, we were disguisted by the cereal all over the dining room table,... More

My family and I rented 2 units in Hyperion Towers for 1 week. Unit 406 was very outdated but functional. 505 was much more modern, decorated nicer, and had nice personal touches (restaurant recommendations, CDs, books, DVD player). Kitchen also had more modern appliances. Both units were very large with large covered patios. Quieter section of the beach (we stayed... More

On Labor day week of 2012 our family spent a week in suite 702 at Hyperion Towers in Cherry Grove. From entering the musty suite to leaving we encountered numerous issues. Although Elliot's Realty fixed some of the minor issues during our stay, for the price we paid they should have never rented out this unit!!!

We stayed at the Hyperion Towers unit 702 in June 2012. There were 6 adults and two kids (4 and 5.) Checkin - They made us wait an hour to check in b/c there was an agent scheduled to show the unit. We thought that would mean that the unit would be extra clean...we were wrong. Unit - Supposedly 4... More

We stayed in Hyperion Towers, unit 702, in June 2010. The place was filthy. We had to clean the bathrooms before we could use them. There was sand in all the tubs, not to mention on the carpet and furniture. The commodes and sinks had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors were extremely filthy. There was trash... More
