The resort could've not been more perfect for us! Great location! Not too close to the craziness but not that far either. At check in, the staff was helpful and pleasant. Family oriented, the place was spotless! Will definitely recommend!!

My husband and I with two grown children and two of their friends enjoyed our condo in the Edgewater section of Barefoot very much. It was about what I expected in terms of accommodations and supplies but we were all really disappointed at the cheap towels that the linen service supplied. The bath towels were very small and really thin.... More

This is not a RESORT....there are NO activities here at the resort. The only thing here are pools and golf courses. Let me also say that the cleanliness of the rooms are a JOKE too and be prepared to buy your own everything because the rooms are only stocked for one night. Now, if you want to be a distance... We made our first trip to Myrtle Beach just this past week. We rented one of the condos at Barefoot Landing Yacht Club and I must say it was awesome! The condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We did not have any issues at all. it was great sitting out on the balcony every night overlooking the marina.... More

My wife and three young children stayed here recently for three nights. On the final night, upon returning later in the evening, they arrived to discover that their plastic key cards were not functioning. The resort has an off site front desk which is closed at night. They called the emergency number to get assistance and were flatly denied any... More

We stayed at the Ironwood condo in the Bare foot Resort. Overall, it was a average stay. The room was not especially clean or nice, nothing really fancy or exciting but overall it was a nice place to stay. I loved that the pool was so close and lots of places and paths to walk around in. It would be... More

We loved this place. It is so quaint and fun to walk around. My grandchildren loved it as well. Things are a little pricey but I am a conservative shopper. You can spend few hours just walking around the little shopping area. Our hotel was only a few minute walk and it was absolutely beautiful. Myrtle Beach, SC is really... More

We recently spent 2 weeks at the Barefoot Resort and it was great. The location was good, it was about a 10 minute walk across the bridge to get to the nearby restaurants which were all amazing. We had rented a car as well, which I would recommend to everyone as there is no public transpotation in Myrtle Beach and... More
