You cannot ask of much more from a hotel! The staff upon, and during the entire stay was second to none! The rooms looked to have been updated, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was overly quiet. They offer a continental breakfast every morning with plenty of coffee, juices, pastries, cereals and waffles. The hotel is within walking distance... More

Just as stated! Perfect. Great staff and no problems at any of our stays! Stay here at least 4 times a year. Continental breakfast is great for lazy mornings in. Love the pool and convenience to attractions in the area!!

Can’t say enough…. My wife and I have found the diamond in the rough!! If I could rate my stay from 0-10 I would say a 11.. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.. Location is GREAT right in the middle of everything from food to entrainment.. We were very happy with price and the staff is A+.. They say... More

Upon arrival we checked the sheets and they were dirty. Several "stains" and "food" items on covers! I checked the bathroom, it was nasty! I picked up the phone to call the front desk and it was broken! Called from my cell and got no answer! Had to walk to get replacement items as they were "sold" out to switch... More

We arrived at the hotel and requested a different room because the toilet was dirty and would not flush. The second room was disgustingly smelly; mildew, body odor, musty. Intolerable. We requested a refund and left. The $120.00 dollar charge was overpriced. Went to the ALoft a short difference away for a quality room at the same price.

My husband and I just went to Charleston for our three year wedding anniversary. We took a chance on Quality Inn because of the great price per night and the pictures looked decent. We don't need a 5 star hotel but we want something decent and clean. We weren't familiar with the area so we didn't know that there were... More

Comfortable, clean room at a true value, comparable to other hotels near the convention center location. There are so many selections nearby for food and of course the Tanger Outlet is within walking distance. I will definitely reccommend this hotel to my friends.

Apart from the comfort of the bed and the stability of the internet connection, the two-night stay we had was just average. The price was OK but I think I could have done better elsewhere nearby. Deficiencies noted: peeling popcorn ceiling treatment, poorly patched sheetrock wall, shower was good, but the plunger would not go down to allow water to... More

The best thing to say about the hotel is it was a clean room BUT it is poorly maintained..all the bathroom fixtures are just hanging on ..no screws in the plates for the towel rack. There was a problem with water temperature. While taking a shower the temperature of the water was constantly changing. A drawer on the dresser had... More
