I put some of my employees here to stay while they worked on a job site near by. The guys had complaints from day 1 stating the hotel was nasty and ghetto. We primarily only use Wyndham and Choice hotels which is why we originally booked this hotel. Midway through our stay they changed their name and started charging us... More

I'm embarrassed to event admit I slept here one night. My room was booked via Hotwire so it was already paid for. After being assaulted by the smell...enough of us have mentioned it, it's true! I got to my prepaid room and the door wasn't latched because it was broken. Ok, they may not know so back to the lobby... More

The cops were called 3 times the evening we arrived. The "lounge" is no more than a shady night club with bouncers at the entrance. Management gave us a can of bug spray to take care of a yellow jacket nest on the balcony. The odor in the room was awful. The a/c would not stay on and cool the... More

I booked a room here for a quick family getaway and it was a nightmare! This was a prior Clarion chain NO longer affiliated but still has Clarion signage up. All the elevators reeked of marijuana it was obvious the staff could've cared less. Our room had excessive urine stains on the sheets, when we complained they moved us to... More

Was in the process of planning a girls weekend getaway, we had planned to stay at this hotel. While in the process of checking the amenities it showed there was a free breakfast and a shuttle bus service. That was the two main reasons that we we're going to stay at this hotel. So I reserved the room and when... More

I had read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, even still I decided against my best judgment and booked 3 rooms here for Saturday may, 23rd which I booked almost a week ahead of time. I was told I wasn't going to have to pay until I arrived at the hotel, and that the card I put on... More

I am leaving the hotel this morning and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I had read the reviews after I booked and I was worried. I got her though and I was greeted by a pleasant staff, a clean updated room and nice clean linens. I saw no bug or anything. My only complaint was... More

The smell slaps you in the face but at least it helps distract you from the out dated rusted bathroom and nasty room. I don't want to touch anything much less sleep here. Room was booked or us with a group I am going to make sure I check the rest of the reservations before we go again. Entirely too... More

On behalf of the entire team we are apologetic that your stay was less than great. I would appreiate if you would call the hotel directly to speak to management about any issues you experienced. The facility isn't known for having a foul odor unless it was the nearby papermill which at times can radiate a strong odor through the... More

Booked this several months back through Wyndham Vacations and it was an all-around disappointment. FYI, it is now a Clarion. We noticed the area was not really great when we drove in. Greyhound bus station is next door and had lots of traffic, etc. We had called earlier in the day to verify that we had a late check-in as... More

We as a team sincerly apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Our system had crashed and unfortunately in this day and age everyone is dependant on them. Your arrival should have been a smooth process regardless of any issues we were having. I will notate that the clerks need to be very clear at checkin that there is a fee... More

Trying to save a few dollars I booked a room here and just about ruined our weekend! We arrived on a Friday evening to a parking lot full of party goers trying to get into a restaurant/night club that's connected to the hotel. Parking was very limited. I awoke the next morning after trying to sleep thru all the loud... More

We as a team are sincerly apologetic for all the noise. Your experience has been passed on to the owner who holds the lease on the resturant next door and is executing a plan of action so that this type of situation does not happen again. We again sincerly apologize for exceeding your expectations More
