We took 4 buses full of kids and they did a great job. Everyone was so nice to work with, especially Lindsay. Tip top customer service. We will definitely use this hotel again.

very good value. clean. nice indoor\outdoor pool. they also have a free shuttle to downtown Charleston that we used.. Note - don't plan on taking your car downtown. parking availablity is very limited. i would stay here again.

Thank you! The indoor/outdoor pool is a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the day. Our shuttle runs daily to the Charleston Visitors Center for a small fee, as parking can be a hassle. I was going to book the Aloft but, the Expedia rate for this Sheraton was excellent. Now I know why. This was a very disappointing Sheraton stay. The front desk staff was excellent. Chose this hotel to use up some Starwood points. Location is great, close to outlets, stores and main highways. Check in was ok. Got a regular room, not club level. Rooms are old but decent. The service wasn't what i would expect from a typical sheraton, nor was the cleanliness of the rooms.. our rooms weren't cleaned and the phone didnt even work..

The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Workout room and pool were nice. Rest of the joint needs serious updating. Nice logo on key card. Carpets worn, mildew in grout of bathroom, doesn't feel clean.
