Although this property is located several blocks from the interstate behind other hotels, that's actually a good thing. It's quiet, very clean, and perfect for the business traveler. The staff is to be commended for their attention to detail and cleanliness. The property is currently undergoing a "light renovation" (paint, baseboards, minor updates, etc.) but that did not affect the... More

Stayed this week for three nights while playing baseball in the area. Rooms were good. Location was convenient. Plenty of towels. Free internet was fast. Front desk staff was helpful and polite. Great breakfast each morning. But Mama, in the breakfast bar made it great! Her cheerfulness and great attitude was contagious and got each morning started with a smile!... More

Stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. The hotel was convenient to everything we needed to get to. The rooms were were clean and spacious. I agree with other reviewers with the awkward placement of the tv televisions, but we didn't even watch tv. Breakfast was average, but "Mama" was the shining star. She was more than happy to... Recently visited Charleston for family gathering. Stayed @ this hotel. It was wonderful, ALL staff friendly and courteous and breakfast excellent selections Due to the weather in the northeast,I had to request two extra days. The Hotel was very understanding and accommodating. Definitely will visit Charleston again and stay @ Springhill suites.

We stayed here 2 nights-surprised by other reviews- as this is why we chose this. Very roomy- contemporary hotel-You could hear hwy through window.Did not call this clean. Carpet very stained- something was spilled in elevator and never cleaned- rooms were adequate but not spotless-Bed was comfortable-breakfast was a joke-It was so busy we just skipped it-no place for people... I thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your stay, and I want to apologize if we have let you down in any way. We are actually a very popular hotel, and that indeed can make seating at breakfast time challenging on occasions. We have been going through a renovation process since December, repainting and/or changing... More

I picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and we had our grandchildren with us. We visited Charleston to attend the St. James festival of lights. This hotel was not the most convenient hotel to the light festival, but my grandchildren wanted a pool. I called the day before to inquire about the pool and if was in... More

Clean, newer model of Springhill Suites, with great breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable bed. A lot of convenient restaurants adjacent and right on other side of the highway. Breakfast was great and staff were very pleasant. Excellent value if you don't mind being a little further out of Charleston.

The hotel is a little off the from the main stream of traffic, but very close to everything. Rooms were very clean and up to date with all accommodations. Weight room supplied an ample amount of equipment and was very clean. All staff were very friendly and courteous, making us feel at home . One of the most memorable moments... More

My hotel stay was excellent through Hotel tonight app. My kids and I received Class A treatment from the time we checked in to the time we ate breakfast and checked out! We definitely enjoyed "Mama" during breakfast time! She really made us feel at home 😊 we will definitely go back to stay again!

This hotel is very easy to find. It is located on a street with several other hotels. Within a mile there are several fast food and sit down restaurants as well as a mall, several shopping centers, gas, and convenience stores. It is also located with easy access to the interstate. The hotel has plenty of parking. There were several... More
