i did not expect more than a semi clean room to begin with from this hotel, but when i arrived i did not even get that!

at check in, they scan your ID, and credit card... way to much info for anyone person to have together first off!

went to room, and well their idea of clean and mine are two different things. My "non smoking room" smelled like smoke and had an ash tray in it. Mirrors were spotty dirty and streaked. Thick dust covered most flat surfaces in the room. the desk chair was covered in dog hair, and i mean covered. Sheets were stained and had hair on them. The security latch on the door was partially missing, but of couse i felt safe there.. right...

these observations were in the first seven minutes of being there, i went back down stairs and checked out..

the worst part to me is i contacted Wyndham, the parent compnay regarding my issues, and i have yet to receive a response, except for the automated response "we... more
