Rooms were great and commons area was beautiful, but after you have stayed at the Embassy Suite Orlando airport it doesn't quite measure-up. The room, as typical ES, was immaculately clean. We were eventually extremely unhappy with our stay. Most of these complaints would be considered minor but one minor complaint after another followed by the major breakfast insult and the totally uncaring attitude of the staff made me and my family angry. Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna were great ammenities to enjoy.
