Upon our arrival the bathroom did not have any supplies, no shower curtain, the phone didn't work to call front desk to report the issues. Room smelled musky..for the price we paid I guess this is the service. The breakfast can use some type of meat (bacon or sausage) we won't stay here again. This was our first stay at... More

We stayed 2 nights at this La Quinta Inn during our family road trip. This is our first time staying at a LQ so we don't know if they are all the same way (run down and old). Room furnishings were decent but a lot of the hardware like doors, faucets, etc badly needed replacing. Did not have a notably... More

The hotel was a nice place to stay for the money. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast wasn't something to write home about, but the hotel overall was a good value. It was very easy to get to downtown Charleston from that hotel with plenty of eating establishments in the area. *NOTE* If you stay here, make it a... More

The location was good. Okay stay, but there were less expensive hotels nearby with better or at least just as good facilities. If you stay here, bring your own towels and wash rags. They ran short almost every day. Room service seemed to have been understaffed.

I am a gold rewards member, and this was my worst experience I have ever had in staying at this place for the following reasons: 1) My check in instead of 3:00PM was 5:15PM- reason given no clean rooms available. 2) A/C broke down late evening and when I went to report, maintenance worker had left and front desk said... The hotel was pet friendly, which was good for us. The room was a bit dated, but comfortable. The bedding and TV were very nice. Other furniture and appliances were dated. The bathroom was is great need of an upgrade. Overall the experience was fine for the price. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Also, very easy access to... More

We had to stay here because of our little dog, but I will never stay here again. Just because you have a dog shouldn't mean you have to stay in a low class motel. The bathroom isn't big enough to ever turn around in. The towel are skimpy, had to ask for face clothes and they didn't have any extra... More

It's dirty, it's loud, it's not a place for families. The entire motel needs updating and a thorough cleaning. Drapes should not be patched with electrical tape. The corners at the floor level were very dirty. There were condoms - thankfully still wrapped - on the walkway. Construction crews staying at the motel were loud and drinking at 2:00 AM.... More
