We have just completed a 2 month stay at the Palms. We rented from a private owner & we were generally pleased. Our unit was clean & comfortable, but wasn't equipped for long term renters. The local owner always said to contact him if there was anything we needed. The view is to die for, morning coffee with the sunrise... more

The pictures online are deceiving. The rooms are individually owned and the one I rented should be condemned. I had to walk right out and ask for a full refund and then drive around to find somewhere else to stay for my vacation. The carpet was dirty and ripped up, the fridge was all rusted, the bed covers were torn... more

MY family and I stayed at this hell hole of a hotel labor day weekend. I booked a 3-BR Penthouse it was on the 17th floor the view was "Awesome" the carpet was dirty and old, matter of fact everything was old even the elevator it broke down twice. The staff at the front desk Wendy, Bob, Tony, and Linda all went that extra mile to make you feel welcome. They were awesome. Joyce, head of housekeeping and her staff especially Denise, who cleaned our room everyday kept everything very clean. The maintenance men were always available if needed. Everyone was extremely friendly and we will definitely return. . more

We booked a one-bedroom condo for my "senior" parents and a three-bedroom condo for ourselves and our four 20-something kids and significant others (22, 23, 26 & 27). I was very pleased with the rates we got, especially on the three-bedroom unit, for a summer weekend. The location is excellent, balconies overlooking the beach, not too far from many restaurants,... more

This was the worst hotel anyone could stay at. We were on the 16 floor with no internet connection. The entire hotel room looked like it was not cleaned in months. The sliding glass door for the living room area that leads to the large was broken. Reported it to the front desk that morning, and took the maintenance guy... more

We spent 3 days at the Palms resort and have stayed at places that were much nicer and much worse on the strip. The room was clean for the most part the kitchen, bathroom and living room looked like that had recently been remodeled. The bedroom was very dated, as were the linens. The resort itself needs some cleaning up.... more

For $150/night for a 1 bedroom "Suite" I expected to stay in a clean and well-taken care of room. The room was dirty and I am pretty sure they had not replaced much of anything in that room for atleast a decade. The tv in the bedroom area randomly turned itself on and off. The carpet and furnishings were old... more

The coral towers are centerally located in Myrtle Beach. Just a short ride to Broadway at the Beach and within walking distance to the Pier 14. Stayed in a one bedroom ocean front room (1406) with my mother - the updated room was well equiped and clean. The staff (Wendy / Katie / Gloria) were very helpful showing their southern... more
