We didn't actually stay at this resort due to reading all the negative reviews. When we called to cancel the sales rep was very nice and offered to take pictures of the room reserved for us to help ease our minds. The thing was she could not get us the pictures until the following day (when it would be to... more

We stayed at the Palace Resort 7/9-712 2009...Well lets just say the room lacked a lot! The refridgerator had rust all over it and inside it looked like the shelves were going to fall. They Wallpaper in places was held up with staples. The carpets looked like that hadn't been shampooed in forever! Then the icing on the cake was... more

I was told by friend that you should never check into room here without seeing the room first. I did not know this until after we checked into our room for the week. I think the units have individual unit owners and unfortunately...I think our unit was owned by a slum lord. Furniture is very old...blinds were inoperable...comfort of sleeper... more

We had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo at the Palace. A perfect location. Great Security around hotel and parking garage. No matter what time you get in you can find a covered spot. Large condo, very clean. Only complaint no safe. Would stay here again. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Has everything you need. more

Absolutely horrible!! I have rented from the Palace Resort for the past several years & have not ever had this problem. The room was so filthy & disgusting nothing was clean. The amentities were ok, but could have been better. The hot tub & pool were not clean & just the place in general has gone down hill. If you... more

After reading many reviews, I was a bit nervous about our stay, but when we got there, the room was clean and in order. We rented from a private owner through the Waverider across the street. My only complaint was having to go across the street to get fresh bath linens. There were four of us in a one-room condo... more

Just returned from a stay at the Palace. Newly renovated one bedroom (room 1409). Brand new bathroom, new furniture, tv's, nicely decorated, very clean. We had a great stay. Elevators are slow during check in and check out periods. Hotel staff for the most part are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. People may not realize the units... more

This place was nasty, broken down. The carpet was so dirty, broken door latch, broken cabinets and the room had not been cleaned. The web site shows rooms that were not available at this hotel....terrible place to stay!! A dump! more
