I was very disappointed in the customer service with this hotel. I do not feel the customer's needs were placed above making a profit for the hotel. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. more

When I booked the hotel I reqested a handicap room. When we got there none was available. The room was extremly small. The stove was filthy and so was the rooms. We almost booked here for our recent trip because we heard that everything was completely redone and rennovated. To make a long story short, I'm glad we didn't do it. We took a tour while we were down there and it failed to impress. They just did some cosmetic makeovers. It's still not much different than it used to be.... more

My family and I stayed here the week of July 11, 2004. When we arrived our room was not ready yet and the hotel was dirty. Bags of trash and laundry was piled up on the floor. This place was not what I expected... It sounded nice, pictures looked good, but it was a bad experience. The sheets were ripped on the corners so that they could attempt to fit them on the bed, but they did not fit the bed and would not stay on...the blanket had holes in it and burn stains from a dryer... more
