The service was great. The ocean view room was just the right size, balcony position was wonderful, the bed slept comfortable. The location was perfect to everything. It was in walking distance to a lot of places. The indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpool, lazy river, pool bar, restuarant, access to the beach was all great. more

Had to change room. First room was horrible, crappy and gave me an uncomfortable feeling. I EXPECT A LOT BETTER THAN PATRICIA GRAND COULD OFFER. An older hotel where maintenance has not been attended to. We were warmly greeted at the front desk. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the view of the ocean was great.
