We were excited to spend Valentines Weekend at the resort. Beware, this hotel is rated F by the Better Business Bureau. We stayed here and the housekeepers were rude by slamming doors and trying to get out of your room without making the beds or vacuuming the floors. Every day I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels, soap, or shampoo that they neglected to replace.... more

We stayed 1 night in the 2 bedroom villas and hated it. We called in at least 5 maintenance items, interior was outdated, rusted fixtures, disgusting stove, cracked 'refinished' bathroom counters, holes in the seat upholstery, black flies, yuck. Mentioned these to mgmt. Wholly disappointed - probably won't return. Totally embarrassed to have out of town family stay there. p.s.... more

Needs lots of updating and housekeeping. Diane at the front desk was very helpful and others were nice too,always a smile and a greeting..Room was shabby,but hotel is in a great location. more
