Recently decided to take a quick last minute get away to Myrlte beach. Booked an oceanfront room at this hotel and was very concerned after reading all the negative reviews. When we arrived we were pleasantly suprised. The hotel is old and dated and in need of an overall face lift, but we found our room clean and tidy. The... More

I have stayed at Jonathan Harbour several times before. As a matter of fact we take all of our family vacations to Myrtle Beach and stay there every time. We have a great time. If your looking for a basic room, like myself, this would have been ok UNTIL this visit. This time was not great at all. I will... More

This place is a dump. Reserved an oceanfront front room but was given a second floor side view over looking the sewer station. Front desk offered to move me up but not able to accommodate my pre-paid reservation. Filthy from floor to ceiling, nary a wall without without some form of filth, funk, stain, or mold. stained sheets, ancient mattress,... More

Me and. My husband spent our vacation here. Great ocean front views and front desk was great. Our queen bed ocean front suite was great. Room laid out perfectly and was clean. My husband and I both work in hospitality industry in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee so we are particular and would be critical if there was a need to be.... More

Our family of 5 stayed at the Jonathan Harbour over the July 4th holiday. We had an ocean front balcony. Each unit is owner-owned, and ours was wonderful! It's nice to have a full kitchen when you are traveling with a family, and this unit also had a separate bedroom and living room area with a pull out couch. Everything... More

Horrible. Dirty. No hair dryer. No soap. No shampoo. Looks out onto dumpsters. Vomit in elevator. Things broken. It's a dump. Parking is awful. You can't check in late at night. You never see staff. The towels are thin. There are burn marks on the tub. It's expensive as other places. The pool has cigarette butts in all the plants.... More

I will never again stay at Johnathans Harbour. Leaky ceiling, broken doors and fridge, then to top it off blood on the comforter and sheets. The "manager" said I'd get a refund instead tried changing extra days but credit card company stopped him. Scam artist! Beware!

This hotel is AWFUL. The pictures online are completely different than in person. Our room had a leak in the ceiling, the refrigerator was busted, the sofa bed was literally held together by 7 little springs, one of the beds had BLOODSTAINED SHEETS. Horrible customer service. Was promised a refund and management tried to charge my credit card on 3... More
