A lot of noise in parking lot, very slow WIFI Bathroom was nasty. I cant recommend ths hotel to anyone. The room was cheap but normally you get what you pay for especially when it comes to hotels. Stay somewhere else!

After my first visit was a disaster, management invited me back for a second visit and I'm glad I went. The mistakes from the first visit seemed isolated to an unfortunate weekend and management was truly sympathetic and concerned that I returned and had the true experience. Everything went wonderful and I'm glad because this time I got to experience... More

We stayed here for only 2 nights and that was the max for me. Booked last minute through Priceline so we didn't know the name of Hotel until booked. Room wasn't cleaned properly (hair everywhere), blood stain on bed, shower curtain only covered one end of shower, only one elevator so we used stairs, pools were dirty and breakfast was... More

To start off, I will say the staff was friendly what little bit we spoke to them. Our room was fine, the bed comfy and a nice flat screen tv. Our balcony was so small the two of us could hardly use it. My biggest complaint though, the pool was too dirty to use. We could not even see the... More

I stayed here for 5 nights with my family for my son's baseball tournament. We read the reviews, and knew what to expect. Construction, yes, hot down stairs, yes. Older hotel, yes. Needs remodeling, yes. Elevator issues, yes. That being said, we enjoyed our stay. Due to the slow elevator, I asked for a room on 1st floor. No issues... More

Let me start by saying the front desk staff were great. It goes downhill from there though. This resort needs a full renovation! The first room we were given smelled so bad (sour) we had to be moved to another room. The second room was much better. The AC worked great, but the phone did not work and there was... More

Our room was so damp our clothing needed to be hung out to dry. This place has major issues and is trying but should go on hiatus until they figure out the problem. If you have mold allergies steer clear. The cleaning people never showed up for 3 days . very understaffed or they gave up. The place has great... More

Made my reservation the night of 6/24 for the next night, 6/25, checking out on 6/26. After driving 4 hours with my 2 year old grandson, I found out that a "new" employee, put my reservation in as checking in the night of 6/24, and I was put down as a no show. Check in person informed me that they... More

Weeknight price was cheap but definitely not worth the weekend price. Breakfast has gone downhill since last year. Hot food is minimal to none, had to go out for breakfast. Fitness center was a joke. Dirty and most of the machines didn't work. Housekeeping was hit or miss...only one elevator was working. Best part of the hotel is the indoor/outdoor... More

This was our first time staying here and we were well pleased. There are renovations going on in the front lobby but nothing too bad. The check in was a little slow but the new trainee did a good job. Our room was clean and cozy for a married couple. Our view of the waterway was beautiful. Quiet surroundings and... More
