Our room was terrible. The carpet so bad you have to wear flip-flops the whole time. The Elevator smelled horrible. We ran out of towels had to ask for some and received 2. Ran out of toilet paper and did'nt ever get any so take your own!! The very worst part they only change sheets every 3rd day so for... more

The Gazebo is a smaller type old fashioned motel located at the south end of the beach. It is NOT the Ritz nor does it pretend to be. It's a 5 floor low-rise right on the beach. Rooms are basic but spacious, towels replaced daily. It's right on the beach so obviously the ocean air will add to wear and... more

We stayed at Gazebo Inn from 9/12-9/21/09 and would stay there again with no qualms. If you want fancy, this isn't the place. If you want clean, this IS the place. If you want comfortable, this is the place. If you want quiet, this is the place. If you want pleasant staff this is the palce. Gazebo Inn isn't fancy... more

My husand and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend for anniversary. I chose this hotel because of the military discount and the cozy appearance on the internet. The place was horrible. I called on the day we were planning to arrive because I knew it would be around midnight. The lady on the phone said we had to... more

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was horribe. If we could had left and found another hotel with vacency we would had. We asked for an ocean front and when we got to the room we found that our door to the pool would not open. Called the office the next morning and they said they... more

We have stayed here EVERY summer except for one the past 5 years or so. This past December we were here also. We love the place. Any time we found something wrong (which was rare) it was fixed very quickly. One example was with the toilet. Would not stop running. Within 5 minutes maintenance was there, and within 30 minutes... more

I Would never say this place is a dump, far from it! It is a small family owed motel, one of the few still in Myrtle Beach. It has few amenities, which I don't care for, anyway. I'm at the beach, which means I want to go to the beach and do some shopping and sightseeing, not spend the day... more

I recently stayed a week and forgot a few electronics in hotel room. Much to my surprise, after getting home and realizing the next day, I called the hotel to ask them to be on the lookout for my camera and phone charger. I received a phone call the following day to say that housekeeping had turned in both items... more

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty. The drywall was falling off the wall in the bathrooms. It was so noisy all nigit long we could not sleep. The hotel does not have an attendent at night exept for an emergency # and they decide what an emergency is. People were up yelling in the hallways. Our friends door did... more

The hotel deck had a great veiw and it was nice to walk right down to the ocean. I do agree that they need new bedding and towels. they are really bad. We had to go buy our own pillows and cases because the ones there were disgusting. I also bought clorox wipes and tried to clean the place. They... more
