Went on August 21st for a week, stayed in a queen suite ocean view 10th floor. The room was beautiful and clean, very spacious. Two queen beds, comfortable Murphy bed, never tried the sofa bed. The view was simply amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed and loved the in room washer and dryer. Everyone that works there was simply lovely... More

Dunes Village a tale of two hotels. Not only because it's essentially two separate hotels connected by a parking lot, but more importantly because everything on the ground floor was fantastic, yet our room was like a bad hotel room in Mexico. Everything in the room was OLD, WORN, and in need of repair. Well, maybe not everything. You could... More

We stayed with my mom and 3 kids (ages 2yrs-6yrs). The rooms sleep 8- has bed in the wall and couch turns to bed as well. Lots of room, full kitchen. The washer/dryer is convenient after coming back from sandy beach. Its right on the beach and then the hotel has various pools and hot tubs, water slides, lazy river,... More

We got a beach front room on the third floor, above the swimming pool. The view was excellent and it felt like we were at the pool with all the convenience of being in the room. Surprisingly, it was really quiet at night. There were no people outside at the pool nor on the beach starting around dinner time, which... More

Our stay at the Dunes Village Resort from 8/10/14 - 8/15/14 was awesome! We stayed on the 12th floor, in the Palmetto Tower in a one bedroom, oceanfront suite, and our oceanfront view was amazing. We even spotted a dolphin swimming down the coast, from our balcony. For three people (two adults, one 8 year old son) the one bedroom... More

Seven days of fun. Two grandparents with 2 families including five grandchildren(11-4). Lots of outdoor activities to keep everyone busy. The water park and pools were awesome.A lot of choices to keep everyone happy. Top floor called the penthouse.. no reason for that, no different than the other floors. Restaurants not too far away. Grocery store 5 minutes away.Beach was... More

Shared a three bedroom condo in June with another family. A little tight on common area space but the rooms were a good size. Plenty of activities for the kids and both waterparks and on site mini golf were a nice transition from the beach. The tiki bar and music were a welcome addition as well for the adults. Resort... The pros was only that our room was very roomy. The cons was that it was very busy and very packed with guests. The end of March is not a good time to come here. We got confused by the towers and didn't get the request for a higher floor. We were given a bottom floor room so our oceanfront... More
