Customer service was terrible, after 12hr drive there, had to wait another 3hrs for them to fix all their mistakes and get a room. The lady at the counter was more interested in her fast food then getting our room. Will never stay there again, and will tell everone else not to either. more

Grand Shores is located directly on the ocean. We rented two chairs and an umbrella from the life guard for 25 dollars a day which was the best investment .
