There is nothing one can say except don't do it. The hotel is uninhabitable. Risk the fines and sleep in your car. The trip from the lobby to the room was dirty enough, but the idea of actually showering or sleeping in the room is impossible. You're going on vacation, you don't need the hassle. Booking on the internet, I saw the Hotel named Days Inn on the ocean...calling in requesting an ocean-view room...i was stuck across the street in a side room where you had to go clear out in the parking lot to even see a grain of sand.
