We have been to Catoe Villa and I have told friends about it. Miss Ann the owner, is the sweetest person.She seems like family,the motel is not new,but it is very clean,more so than some newer motels we have stayed at.It's just a block and a half from the Pavillion.This motel has character. more

Based on the reviews here, I booked this hotel when I couldn't get a deal on Priceline. What a joke! This is a very small concrete block hotel, horrible parking, swimming pool squeezed in between the bldg and the parking lot. We have stayed at CatoeVilla for over 16 years. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. My two daughters went down this year by themselves and I didn't worry about where they were staying because I knew they would be safe at the Catoe Villa. I arrived at very short notice. The owner welcomed me and showed me to my room. The room was spacious and very clean. The price was reasonable compared to the rest of the hotels. I will defently bunk there again. more

Very clean & very nice! Great pool! Great location! Owners are exceptional and helpful. Not a large resort but because of that you get more attention and more courteousy than anywhere else.
